The electric arc furnaces from BK-SERVICES are designed for tap weights from 20t to 300t and find versatile application in steelworks with different process requirements.


Our automation and visualization systems allow for reliable and safe control of the plants as well as a clear access to operational data. The clearly structured and ergonomic control panels and pulpits offer intuitive operation through optimal process visualization. The integration of existing plants and the implementation of well-thought-out safety concepts are, of course, part of our comprehensive services. With appropriate electrode controls, the consumption of electrodes and energy can be significantly reduced, as well as the power-on time. Continuous data recording also enables the creation of melting protocols for precise batch tracking.

EAF | FOR FOUNDRIES

The electric arc furnaces from BK Services are designed for tap weights from 2 to 50t and can thus be used in steelworks as well as foundries with the most diverse requirements.


They achieve maximum power consumption through the supply of electrical and chemical energy.



In addition to planning, assembling, and commissioning new plants, we take over the modernisation or conversion of existing electric arc furnaces so that our customers can continuously achieve optimal results.

To achieve the desired steel grades, our ladle furnaces are equipped with state-of-the-art components, including inert gas purging, wire feeding, alloy addition, and precise measurement technology.
